It's different. Use that command then boot.

I'm not sure that was 100% successful. Wonder if the HD supports it.

No, it erased cache and userdata but doesn't look like it erased internal mem. I'm not sure on the HD you can do so without booting. I don't think there's a lot more that can be done.

Does that mean you think it's something wrong with the hardware itself?

Well, he thinks there's something wrong with the internal memory which is causing it not to boot correctly. I'd say that's entirely possible. Neither of us know how to fix the internal memory problem. So......there's that.

Worked fine for me
are you using the snapdragon fastboot or the fastboot that comes with the sdk?

Hmmm. Wonder if it's the fastboot binary that matters....as in it must be the platform tools version.

Been using the SDK one, but I do have the Snapdragon one as well loaded in my HoM in the FXZ dir.

Try the moto version. And make sure the platform tools one is updated.

There is a issue on doing this.... It will format the internal storage completely and it would need to get reformatted.... Had to format in TWRP to gain control back. I bet that his internal storage is not accessible because it is in a RAW state and not ext4 where it needs to be.

Yeah I replaced the ones in the platform tools with the snapdragon ones from HOM. The only way I could open command window was in that folder.

when I just used the snapdragon version, my output looked exactly like yours.... should I mabe replace my sdk files with the snapdragon files then try to re HoM it?

Wouldn't hurt.... You might need to fastboot the 183 yet one more time with HOM or RSD so that the internal storage gets formatted to the updated f2fs format.
I just .bak the ones that came with the sdk just to keep them on the side. Then copy the snapdragon version over to platform tools.
