Yup.  You successfully corrupted the data partition.  FDR or use full.

FXZ'd my phone last night to Kitkat, had a lot of problems at first, but they eventually ironed themselves out. I was uninstalling and restoring some of my backups from Titanium and mistakenly restored the wrong "phone" item saved from a CM build and now the phone gives me endless messages, however it stops when i remove the sim card, but not when i put it in airplane mode. Now the phone stuck in endless loop of unforunately the process com.android.phone has stopped.  Any help would be appreciated. I've tried to FXZ it and that didn't do anything. A full wipe is an absolute last resort.

Your data is messed up. Full is your best choice.
