It's a rip off. Just got off the phone with the scum bags they want $100 deductible for a phone I can get on eBay brand new for less. It's like car insurance I was told. Does car insurance decidable exceeded the value of the car I asked. I guess some cars it will if you drive a pos but then went would you have more than you would need to get the thing on the road anyway right. I'm up for upgrade in a few mos but this still pisses me off and no the Verizon rep didn't mention any deductible. So in any case my problem is minor a portion of my screen just under the Google bar is none responsive. Is this an easy fix or should I just wait and upgrade and upgrade to what? I want a bigger screen and more storage in my next phone and not interested in rooting my nexus fills that void. Thanks for reading my rant.

It's pretty widely known about the $100 deductible for insurance. Regardless of if the Big V rep told you, it's clearly stated on the paperwork you receive after starting insurance.

 

Of course the usefulness fluctuates depending on model and age of your phone the same way having comp and collision is useful on a newer car but not so much on a beater. I have a teenage daughter that is prone to dropping her phone so it was a good fit for me. To each their own.

 

I would say you have a hardware issue on your M. If you can live with it a bit longer I'd wait for the new Moto X+1. If not maybe go the ebay/swappa thing for a cheap phone that can get you through...

I was planning on selling this one is what really erks me. Now I fix out our just sell it and see what I can get not sure what to do. I've heard about something with a didgitizr but not sure I want to start meeting with that. The moto x1 looks like a nice phone hope I can wait out out.
