Hi everyone. I have already posted my question but as I put it in the wrong bit, I thought I'd introduce myself while I wait for the guy that nicely replied to point me in the right direction! I'm in the UK, and have a UK Droid Razr XT910 that has just stopped working. I have no idea what version of android it was running - i just agree to what ever update is sent to my phone.  So it has the latest android that has ever been sent to uk droid razrs. I have never done anything along the lines of what you guys do to your phones, but I didn't want to just give up on my razr as I like it alot. My ex boyfriend always did all this stuff to his phone and always sorted mine out, but since we are no longer together I figure that I have to learn for myself. I don't think he did anything to this one when I first got it 2 years ago but I can't really remember. He did do something to the one I had before.

Anyways, basically the phone is stuck in a boot loop. It had been randomly rebooting for a few weeks, usually when I tried to send a message on facebook. Then I did a whole bunch of updates for my apps, which all went through. Usually one or other gets stuck.  Then i tried to send a text and it rebooted, but got stuck at the pulsating M logo. I have Gone to the recovery menu and cleared cache, and also done a factory wipe and reset - still stuck. I have let the battery drain, and plugged it in to restatrt - still gets stuck.

My pc runs on ubuntu 13.10. If its easier to use windows then I can use my friends pc. But, I have absolutely no idea how to go about anything. If anyone has the patience to help then I'd be eternally grateful! I'd really like to fix my phone and hopefully make it better than it was. If it can't be done then I need advice on which phone to get next and what to do with it!!!

Hello clippy, you will need to find the latest FXZ file for the 910, preferably from your provider and flash it.

FXZ:

You can flash it via RSD, or using one of SamuriHL's utilities.

For Mac and Linux get House of Moto and for windows RSD Flasher, you can find them here:
