It looks like you extracted just the .bat file...... you need to extract the entire zip file on to your desktop..... then open the file and run the .bat file from within the extracted folder.....

I Was getting that "fastboot not recognized as an internal or external command error " when i used Winrar to extract the whole folder to desktop, then right clicked and chose "Run as Admininstrator". as soon as i just "right-clicked" and chose "Open" it worked fine. Maybe give it a shot ?

Question:
I restore my phone with this utility and with motorola RSD but if I go into ##PROGRAM at the bottom says "device rooting" and it keeps saying "rooted" how can i put it back to unrooted?
Phone is fully stock right now but keeps detecting thats suposedly rooted.

I don't have an HD and haven't used ##PROGRAM sorry. If it reads qe then it will always show as modified if rooted even once.

Guys I think I'm giving up and going to make an insurance claim as a lost phone. I deleted the program I was using to unzip the files and installed the winrar(evaluation copy) and extracted the new download from the 1st page of this thread and now it's not even running the program. I've spent way too much time on this and am exhausted!

Well... don't mean to be mean but the problem is not the software, is you or your computer. Take a brake for now, get some rest maybe a beer watch your favorite show and tomorrow borrow a friends laptop and start all over on that computer lets see how it goes.

my opinion... you can if you choose to but......no you don't really need realplayer........also if you do sell your phone (since you reported it lost) whoever buys it may not be able to get it activated as big red has a bad habit of blacklisting the ESN/MEID due to it being "lost"

New phone arrived but it didn't recognize the sim card that came with it so I put my old one in to check some messages. Is there anyway I can still use my old sim card even though the phone I used it with is filed as lost? Sorry to flood this thread. Admin please move if you fill necessary.

It probably wont work but dont use it Verizon should have retired it.
