Figured it out.....sort of User error I guess .gif)
Somehow in preferences my Google Drive settings got unchecked, and that makes the Sync disappear....DOH!!

not sure when it occurred but over the last few days I have lost the option in TiBu for Sync'ing.
I have the 2 other defaults, but the sync is gone and you dont seem able to recreate it, as when I try to do so, it gives me way too many choices but not Sync only....
Wondering if anyone had any thoughts...
