I can link you to what I've gotten done..still have a few odds and ends in phone & contacts and settings .. did as much as I know how to in browser( except icons)think I'm done with framework-res, finished calculator & keyboard and I think I'm done with system-ui
In other words.. it's not done, but I'm close to flashing it on my main Bionic.

It is nice! If it wasn't for livinginkaos, I'd still be testing everything on my main Bionic... not that I'm doing anything to cause issues by flashing but it is nice to be able to not have that extra worry.

I'm hoping to release what I have done but for some strange reason I'm seeing 2 unusual differences between the different phones that I'm using.

On this phone, the carrier name stays team Litespeed and the DSP manager background is transparent. This phone has a SIM but is not activated.

On my main Bionic, it is hit or miss with the carrier name change and the DSP manager background is black. There has to be a conflict with some apps as both are installed on slot1.

As an experiment, I installed to slot 3 on my main. Same ROM build and theme build but the carrier name refuses to change.. But DSP background is transparent.

I am clueless!!!!!


Oh..and just to check if it was a SS thing, I fired up my main and booted to stock( forgot how slow it was) uninstalled and installed 3.11. Slot 3 install still refused to accept carrier change.

Apparently, my phone hates me..or I have a conflicting app because mine will stay that way for a little while, then revert back.. and sometimes it takes multiple boots before it even changes.

It treats me the same way. It only said tls once for a short time

I'll have to figure something out. It shows up correctly when you get a phone call and it will show up under network but for some reason it refuses to stick on those screens.
