hello!

my first question:

is there a "linux distribution" for any smartphone? (ubuntu touch seems to be only for certain smartphones)

i would like to install any basic linux distribution on this phone (xt914 d1).

i tried android apps (noroot, debian wheezy, etc.) buy they are just "virtual machines"

thanks in advance!

hi!

if that is the final answer, then i suppose many people is not going to buy again any smartphone, until linux distributions can be installed on mobile devices.

bye
