Yeah don't delete the stock. Not even sure if you can but that's gonna be your safety net.

Ok thanks // so then if i need to keep it i should make it as small as possible since as soon as i added this rom i get the error msg. running out of space. Is that correct. just keep a stripped down stock for emergency ? thanks for your help

ya dont delete the stock ROM.. but what you could do to save space and RAM speed... is do a factory reset.. (which will delete all you apps that are not stock) and thand flash any rom you want... it improves on speed..

Can we install Play Books, Play Magazines, Play Movies&TV, and My Verizon Mobile back onto this? Where are those apps?
And does this ROM work with the official JB. I currently run stock JB 4.1 ROM. Yes I am rooted. Just asking about the current status of this ROM.

Thanks! :)

I used Root Explorer to make copies of all the Verizon apps and saved them on my external SD, in case I decide to load a debloated ROM that does not have these. I have yet to load a custom ROM and find out if these copies work, but it's just a something I thought might work to be able to use the Verizon apps, especially Backup.

It saves room if you save the zip to your external SD. It also makes it easier to find and flash if you save it in the root folder of your external SD.

Easier if you use Titanium Backup

I think i would answer all 3 with this... if you want to ever flash it to stock than yes... sd card is a must... since you would have to wipe the internal sd card to flash this into stock.
