Am I missing something or is this a duplicate of our news thread a week agoish and matt's JB leak thread?

I think anyone can unzip it and get those lol. Or just run the xml through RSD Lite (after removing the getvar lines) and be directly on .41.

Can someone point me to the right RSD Lite to use with the HD fast boot files? Both the ICS and JB files? I always get an error when trying to flash these in RSD Lite. I currently have 6.1.4 installed.

I am actually having the exact same problem. It says unknown fastboot command after extracting. Any help would be great.

I think I've always used 5.7. Lemme check.

Ha! I'm a noob. I noticed what Matt said about the getvar lines, and after a lot of digging I figured out how to remove them. Currently on step 16/27 of flashing :)

Go into .zip file.
Find .xml file.
Use Notepad to open file and delete the two lines that reference "getvar."
Save.
Flash in RSD.

FYI: I used 6.1.4 with no problem.

This tread is almost two years old.  I would suggest a look for newer information for the phone you have, and what you want to do.  Things have changed alot since this was active

I will add, be sure to read on how to downgrade, as it is not as simple as flashing the older firmware.

I'll also add, I just saw your post "over there."  You flashed 925 FW, so you might be permanently stuck, but we'll see if we can get you started in the right direction with Sam's tools.  Also, the fail you posted in the other forum is a trust zone fail.  It failed because you are trying to downgrade firmware.

Yep, pay attention to what Sam is telling you in the RSD Flasher thread...
