I was able to use the Razr M Launcher and Circle widgets on the 98.72.8XT912 OTA. Just Extract the zip use Root Explorer to install as System Apps. I backed up the apps I replaced on my sdcard. I would recommend deleting the old homescreen.apk and homeConfig.apk from the System\app.

I have been trying for a few hours. The download link just doesn't work. I can open the page, but the download link on the page doesn't download.

Use this link. It is a zip file containing 4 apk files. Download link. Use file manager to open/unzip if needed. Install all 4 apk's, as you would any other apk. (Launcher/circles widget/weather/time). Once installed, tap "home". Should get a choice of which launcher to use. I chose "home" (other choices were Apex or Nova...).

Once I chose launcher, I installed widgets as i normally would. Very easy. No need to mess with permissions, change system apps to .bak apps, or anything else....

Let me know if this works....

The Link in the OP works for me strange. The zip you posted doesn't have the CircleConfig.apk try this

Install clock app or clear data if clock app is installed

my weather app would not install so I restored a Titanium backup of the circle widgets from when I was running Droid HD ROM

Follow this to install on new JB leak:

RAZR M Laucher:

- Copy launcher to system/app
- Set permission to RW-R-R
- Tap on the the file just copied and do a double installation to overwrite system app
- Make a copy of homescreen.apk
- Change the .apk extension to .zip
- Extract using winrar or winzip
- Locate the files 'libnative_renderer.so' & 'libtexture_mem.so' inside the folder 'armeabi' under lib folder
- Copy both files to system\lib folder and overwrite any existing files and set permissions rw r r
- REBOOT
- Install 3d circles and weather in any order

Circle Widget 3D:
- Install as normal app

Weather:
- Install as normal app

Follow these directions and everything will work just fine!
