I'm running a rooted Razor HD with 4.1.2 Jellybean. I can't find a way to move the files to the SD card. I've tried several apps none of which could either. The option to move the file  is missing if you look at my attachment you will see. Is this something that can't be changed with my version and phone?

You're referring to moving apps to sdcard..... Its my understanding that, that feature has been [mostly] discontinued due to the increasing number of devices made without sdcard slots......

That may be true but this is an JB 4.1.2 not Kit Kat on a newer phone.

That option had been removed..... There are some custom ROMs that may still allow it..... And some apps that can do it for you......
