The battle between Apple and Samsung continues, but today Samsung got some good news about the lawsuit, as Apple has dropped one device from its list. The Samsung Galaxy SIII Mini, which was released in Mid-October, was previously on the list because it was able to be purchased from Amazon in the United States. However Samsung later responded by saying that Samsung is not "making, using, selling, offering to sell or importing the Galaxy S III Mini in the United States."
Apple later agreed to drop the device, and later said that "so long as the current withdrawal will not prejudice Apple's ability later to accuse the Galaxy S III Mini if the factual circumstances change."
