Look at the attachment (screenshot). The Used memory and the memory available don't add up to the total size. Any ideas??

It typically will not add up exactly due to hidden files, system files, etc

Depends on what you have on internal storage that does not fit into one of those preset categories.....

You can plug into PC and that should also tell you what is available/used as well

16 GB less the OS, cache, drivers, etc, what is left over from there is what you can use to store files. Customizing also uses extra space.
