READ THIS!

So... Some like to just have a fast, fluid, enhanced, featured stock based ROM, and BETTER remix of Stock. Well, this can be easily achieved with some creativity with mods and my beloved updater-script. I was thinking, why the hell not just convert the stock build into a nice ROM? Less evasive, Less hassle, Same results. Why not? In the process of Deodexing the new base, I get annoyed and take a break by doing something else. (It Sucks)

This will Convert your stock system based on 6.12.173. It will Debloat, And ALL the speed, mods, and enhancements of Go Faster, Zipalign, and give you a choice of a Stock UI or my themed ICS UI all with a simple DATA SAVING flash in CWR. At the end you will end up with my ODEX Build of CLUTCH V1.0.

FEATURES:

6.12.173 BASE
4 Editions of Debloat and UI's
ICS Roboto Clean Font
FULL INIT.D Support
Th3ory Go Faster Script (Speed, Fluidity, Battery Life, RAM Management)
Max FPS (240)
Force Home Launcher in GPU (Software)
Disable Kernel logging (Speed)
Max JPEG resolution to 100%
SD Read Speed
Zipalign At Boot
Shorter Ring Delay (Connect Call Faster)
Proximity Sensor Hack (Light Up Faster)

The main difference would be ICSRAZR is Really Android 4.0.

The UI I am making for this is similar to Absym.

Just donned on me... Thank you for going with a different name. I never really though about how many people would end up posting "I tried installing the update and it did XXXXX to me!", (with XXXXX likely involving some sort of probe) as a result of not being on the correct version.

Uploading CLUTCH Conversion Standard Debloat and Extreme DeBloat. Standard is a typical debloat of the BS VZW stuffs in.... Extreme is the Standard along with the Resource eating BLUR Social Networking. Everything else stays intact. :)

My stock 748 backup had an error, so I'm slowly working my way back up through the versions. OTA downloading isn't fast here in 3G territory.

Gonna try this out once my phone finishes the cycle.

I can't answer your question at all, but why not try both? They're probably similar with a few different tweaks mixed in.

Standard Build looks good. Ran through all my standard views and test. Really nice conversion. Using Quadrant (i know it's not a great test but it's a good one) I increased by 125 from ~2450 to 2575. 3 tests with the same results...

First off, great work. Running great right now.

Started off with completely stock .173 rooted. -Quadrant 2250
Installed Gofast v2 -Quadrant - 2450
Installed Clutch Standard -Quadrant 2575
Installed Clutch Extrem -Quadrant 2860

Based on those alone, this makes my Razr Smokin.

Thanks man.

There is no difference between flashing a ROM built off of the Base and This style other than the fact that I didn't have to upload 200+MB, and you didn't have to download 200+MB plus wipe out your phone.

How are ROMs built? Start with the base, take out the nonsense, add tweaks, mods, etc. Zip align it, build it. Well the script, does all that... Removes the nonsense, adds the tweaks, mods, etc. Zip aligns and your done.

Its like a Chia ROM. Just Added water and watch. Lol.
