Am I supposed to flash it from Safestrap recovery? I did, but afterwards I had no texting app at all on the phone (not a problem, I reflashed the rom to get it back). But I think I'm doing it wrong.

yeah that should have worked fine 
if it doesnt extract zip and take the mms.apk out and replace the system one inside system->app-> make sure it has the same name

Okay, I'll give that a whirl later, thanks. Playing with the no softkeys at all mod you made for Fuzion atm haha (playing with it on the Fuzion ROM, not on Inflikted, I mean - don't want to confuse people into flashing that over this ROM).

I have a question. Could you possibly make a zip file that will make the soft keys white? I tried finding one, but it froze up your rom, and i had to wipe and reflash it. lol.

try going into messaging. Settings.and change "SMS to MMS" to "SMS split"
I haven't tried it in Inflikted yet, but I had the same problem in another ROM and the fix was to simply uncheck "SMS to MMS conversion" WITHOUT selecting "SMS split" - ie, leave them both unchecked. Then long messages seem to go through without either splitting them or getting the MMS bug.

So far this seems to be the coolest ROM but each one has its qualities. So far my only beef with this one is not being able to customize the Notification Toggles. I also wish someone would be able to get the Moto Droid Circles Widget to work on Third-Party launchers with the option to use different weather and texting apps. One can dream, I guess.

Are you holding the power and volume down buttons for at least 2 seconds? I just tested it and it's working fine.Anyone having problems getting screenshot to work

Yea I ended up rebooting and got it to work I changed a couple system apps got distracted and forgot to reboot stupid me thanks for your help tho
