About Me

Ex Military and Retired business owner.  I live in the world's largest Gated, Retirement Community and I love it.  I frequently travel all over the state of Arkansas in my part-time business.  Also, I am intrigued by the Mobile Phone RAZR MAXX.  I just can't seem to leave it alone.

I want to play with it and change it to do exactly what I want.  Also, I do not like the idea that I can't remove programs from the phone "I purchased!"  I guess that is what brought me here.

I know just next to nothing about the programs and apps associated with Android.  I am a very fast learner and usually try to find a way to get involved quickly.  Since starting here, I have learned a couple things:  1.  Dual boot means ability to boot to ICS and Jelly Bean.  2.  ROM can store apps.  3.  People on this website are awesome, helpful, knowledgeable and young.

Update 1/1/2013
  I have, with lots of help, loaded Dual Boot, installed Jelly Bean, Flashed a second ROM with SafeStrap and lost Root when I rebooted the phone.  Now, tomorrow, I will see if I can get boot back.  This is fun.  I love the learning experience and the people who develop these apps.
