We have 2 fastbootable boot.img's from 6.12.181 thanks to CtDracula and everyone else involved in this process!
Follow Kbosses' restore method for the most part...we have a twist though.
Fastboot flash with the 1.6 Utility to the 6.12.181 fastboot files. Things will fail as normal. Then open the new utility, run the option to go to the 6.16.206 boot.img. NOW go into Motorola Recovery, and upgrade to 6.16.206 using the OTA zip found in the thread under CDMA Droid Razr Development. It may fail but run it again and it will be fine and run through. Congrats you are now on 6.16.206!!!!
Now... my ICS Root in the 1.6 utility doesn't work on ICS 4.0.4. Nothing does yet. However, we have a way around it.
The small utility also has the boot.img from 4.0.3 (6.14.85 to be percise) which allows rooting. Flash that from AP Fastboot, and then boot with choosing BP Tools. Root using the 1.6 utility exploit for ICS. Then go back to AP Fastboot and use the boot.img from 4.0.4 (6.16.206) again. Rooted and back to 6.16.206!
Good luck to all, this is tested and confirmed :3
