I have noticed on my Razr Maxx XT912 running the the OTA .16, rooted, that the SD card is getting very close to full capacity.   In an effort to see what I can get rid of, I noticed that I have a folder entitled "bug2go" with at least 10 different zipped .gz files in there.

I understand that these are all Moto related and I believe that they all pertained to ICS.     Given that I am now running JB, not to mention Aviator Rom 3.02, I was wondering if I can get rid of these files.   Before doing so, however, will I need to somehow remove a related script that is running somewhere, and if so, how does one go about doing that without possibly comprising another app, such as texting.

Thanks

I personally have deleted the bug2go files on my phone......... I have not had any ill effects from it.....yet...... I would make  backup of the file before deleting it tho, just in case :)
