So, a few times have I have tried to delete the bloatware while rooted with TB, after reboot the play store reinstalls them as system apps. VZ Nav or VZ Tones will never die! I think Google or Motorola has invented "Zombie Apps"

Are you sure you are deleting them in recovery mode?

No, I will try and dalvik and cache. Also, recovery mode will be next if the first suggestion doesn't work. Thanks guys, I haven't had this happen before. Maybe it never happened in the first place? Freaky... Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk 2

Maybe try converting to user app in TiBu.... and/or kill the market link.... then uninstall or freeze and uninstall .... if you have a TiBu backup of them, remove them as well......

If that don't work, try ADB or root explorer and "hard delete" the apk..... then of course delete cache and dalvik :)

I deleted market links before deleting in TiBu then cleaned up the Dalvik cache... Worked! Thanks everyone!

I cannot get into recovery. Stock recovery is missing and there is no alternative recovery yet for XT1080...or is there?

BTW I'm using pwnmymoto for exploit

When you boot into recovery it reboots to android with write permissions that's when you delete the apps.

Same here bro

Zombie-tunes came back even after deleting the market link in TiBu then deleted the apk from system/vendor/app. Any ideas? Everything else has stayed deleted.
