Just curious where people on this site are at with the current "flagship" devices. I know, some are working their way off of the flagship list, but Imma put em in here anyway. So vote away and then feel free to post and discuss your thoughts, reasonings, beliefs, etc.

I voted for the 5. But I've checked for lowest price of G2 and locally I can get for $599 . EBay, new, $540... Definitely the phone I've researched the most "real" info on. Like that I can even, allegedly, put a gsm Sim in it when Verizon contract expires.... Sent from my DROID BIONIC using Tapatalk

Just bought Verizon LG G2 on Swappa . Rooted and Lokied on TWRP 2.6.3.2. owner had it working with AT&T sim also . Coming from a unlocked Razr Maxx HD with 64 gb sd card the no sd card is my only concern.  Rom development went from 3 roms last Friday to 11 today so development is strong. This allows me to stay month to month. But Roms allow separate google  gapps and LG apps so you can just pick LG apps you want so I voted LG G2

Broke down and got a G2 off contract today. Like it. It's a little weird setting everything back up like it was on my Bionic. Lol. It's definitely a fast process, though. My poor Bionic. It couldn't even download from play store and switch apps without hiccuping. I realize now anything would have been fast compared to that. But this phone is really fast and nice. I could just hug it. But better get a case first. I'm going to be paying for this for awhile.

Note 3 all the way.... I am patiently waiting for recovery and still finding there is loads of tricks and short cuts that can be learned on this device. Simply amazing!  :D

If you have some time take a look at these vids, they are not reviews but advanced walkthroughs, I suggest going through 1-3 for clearest results...

Picked up a G2 today. I was considering the Note 3 but Samsung blew it with me with their position on Dev devices.

AFAIK. If they treat it like the Dev S4 it won't receive any updates.

Still a bit of a noob with some of this android technology and so far I am hooked I love the sense of community open source projects encourage. I love moto devices, however I got my galaxy tab 2 10.1 for Christmas 2012 and a Samsung smart Tv for Christmas 2013, so that considered I am going to say note 3 for Christmas 2015... Who knows for sure.

I got to play with a LG G Flex this week. Think I have a lot of interest in it.

Haven't started looking yet.  I am on the Edge plan with Verizon, so you can bet I'll be upgrading when the 1 year anniversary rolls around (sometime in the fall).  I MAY even bite the bullet, pay a bit towards the balance and upgrade early if something comes along that I just HAVE to have!  LOL!

OK, so if you had to walk into a Verizon store today and walk out with a phone, and your a known flashaholic, which phone would it be. I have been up and down forums trying to figure out which phones are still rootable and which are not and to be honest, I am totally confused at this point.

I personally wouldn't.  Then again, I still have unlimited data, so....

A lot of people are loving the G, hearing good things about the M8 as well, and hearing a lot of guffaws at the S5.  I think SamuriHL might have a GS4, or something else, not sure.
