You have the Atrix HD listed as your device and I know the Razr and Atrix are essentially the same, but Sam can he flash this FXZ to the Atrix?

NO

Post the results if you have issues or let us know that it worked if you don't have issues.

Just ran through the process. RSD the update, flashed TWRP, reboot into TWRP and let it root phone...

Running newest (and last) OTA update for xt926 now with root.

Thanks again Sam and everyone else who has helped keep this phone alive!

You have the Razr HD, but is it the XT925 ?  The failing to program partition error when trying to flash the GPT indicates that something is wrong with the partitions, not that there is a security issue.  That usually comes from flashing firmware from a different device, or sometimes interrupting a major update mid process.

How have you tried flashing?  RSD or fastboot?  I'd like to see either the swdl.txt form RSD and/or the output of flashing it with fastboot.

using rsdlite 6.1.5 and house of moto on windows 7 32bit,.fastboot/command line haven't trying yet...my battery on low condition for now, charging using 2 wire from usb cable strike to head of battery (pin 1 and 4) because a razr won't charging normally and i don't have motorola factory cable...there's a pict from rsdlite display and swdl.txt

Try flashing it with fastboot just for fun.  If you don't know how, use my House of Moto.  And copy and paste the text from the flash screen here so I can see it.  Not really a fan of screen shots.  The text may be in the flash.log but some people are finding that remains empty.

Yea, never flash in low battery.  That could permanently brick it.

Post the results if you have issues or let us know that it worked if you don't have issues.

Worked fine:

Used RSDLite with KEEP-DATA, re-flashed TWRP then SuperSU and back in business.

I have updated to latest update and not sure if i have root still. My twrp custom recovery still works so i am assuming it is still rooted. Just looking for conformation or if there is a way to tell.

First, apologies if this question should be posted in another thread.

Is there any advantage in moving to 183.46.15? I'm rooted and unlocked; trying to decide if this is necessary or not.

Finally - A big s/o to all the devs and the entire droidrzr.com web team. It's been about three months since I've been back on the site.I've noticed tons of improvements and added features!

Friday evening I flashed everything using RSD.  Didn't have much choice since while at work that afternoon my phone $#!+ the bed - turn it on and it would "stall" with a black "on" screen after 2 minutes (you could tell it was on in the dark, the AMOLED was on but all pixels were black).  Attempted rebooting numerous times, no change in the "2 minute drill".  Unknown what I did during the day to piss it off, unknown what was causing the stalling.  Luckily I had just used TiBu to store new backups on everything and back it all up to the cloud at lunchtime.

After updating with RSD (which went very smooth - thanks again for all the effort @SamuriHL), flashing TWRP, installing SuperSU, flashing the tether hack, installing TiBu and reinstalling all of the apps I had as they were, here is what I've noticed:

- Phone runs super smooth.  Never had run this smooth since the 4.4.2 update came out.  No noticeable stalling, apps not shutting down as frequently due to RAM overload like it used to all day long.

Here's my question.  With a 10MB update to the software, which was more than likely mostly the unlocking patch, FakeID, bluetooth fix (I think), etc., why would my phone be so much snappier than before?  I wouldn't think that such a small update would fix the phone running so much more smoothly.  Possible from the update, or something else...?  Perhaps because the Dalvik cache has been wiped with the fresh install of the software?  Is wiping the cache via TWRP something that I should do weekly, if not more frequently, to keep the phone running smooth?

Samuri, when I run the RSD flasher it generates the scripts just fine but fails to launch RSD so I can flash, Any help would be appreciated   I can launch RSD manually its just not open when I select keep data

Thanks

I had this issue too. I was able to load it successfully from RSD. The Jar generated the script, but for some reason wouldnt open RSD or recognize my phone unless I opened manually. Flash was successful; just working on recovery/root now. Thanks Sam
