Date and time bug on 183.46.15

You can use house of moto and where it asks if you want to delete user data you tell it yes.  The only two methods to root a phone I have seen that seem to work on the .15 version of the firmware is Hydrogen Peroxide and kingoroot. There have been bricks with both and also loosing root on reboots. .15 patched the other exploits. There is not a way to unlock the bootloader with any exploit after the .15 update so if you are not unlocked before the update you are stuck.  If you were unlocked you would never be with out root, once unlocked it is a snap to regain root.

After flashing stock rom 4.4.2 18.46.15 on my xt926 there appeared a new bug. the bug is that i cant change date and time, so i searched on forums and found a way to fix this but it required root access, i tried to root with hydrogen peroxide it failed to flash modified recovery but after this script installed towelroot but it requires correct date and time. I cant use google play store, facebook, messanger, etc. So i want to know is there any way to root or to correct date and time? Thank you again.

Where you are right now I believe you have two choices. 1st is to try a factory data reset. or 2nd would be to reflash the phone using a full flash to reset the system and data partition. Either way your data will loose what you don't have backed up.
