Hi everyone,

This is for roms other than stock that do not have blur installed.
It will let you install the apn fix by motorola without any errors.

How to install:
The apk must be put in /system/app/ or it will force quit when you try to apply the fix.

Would this help data on CM9/AOKP, or just for people getting data drops?

This resets the apn; that might help some people on cm10 looking at data fixes. I haven't had any luck with it but some people say they wanted to try it.

It's working for me also. Each time we reboot the process has to be done again, although the toggle works on all modes after gsm only.
After it was installed to the phone we used app to system mover to get it in the right place and now it is consistent. Lovin jelly bean :D :D

Uhm... nope. Try rebooting your phone.

Edit: You aren't suppose to install it, just drag and drop then reboot. When you install it transfers to /data, so just put the apk there and reboot your phone. It should be in the launcher then.

You may need to set permissions correctly for it to be in system.

Permission set to RW--R--R as is every other apk, rebooted and its not in launcher. :( I was so excited when I saw this and I cant seem to get anything to work, but others with the same phone are reporting success.

It should work if you put it in /system/app. Try using es file explorer to do it.

Got this working in app drawer, ran it, but to no avail. After it rebooted I changed the network to LTE/CDMA auto (PRL) but nothing.

I had data working earlier, but turned off my phone to charge it and haven't been able to get it back.

Try to apply it without rebooting.

Got it to run by setting the correct permissions. I used RW--R--R then rebooted. Showed up in app drawer. Ran just fine without FCing. Now when I reboot after it prompts, my data is set to GSM only. Might be a separate issue, but damn this is frustrating. Thats the fun of flashing I guess  :D

Edit: For those that reported success, how long does it take for you all to get data, and what is the data mode set to?
