I had the same problem and tried to flash the stock update (most recent) from the droid developers forum. Now when I try to boot normally it fails and when I boot into recovery, I get the message "No valid PIV block in SP for system, piv validation failed (system). Doesn't seem good...any suggestions?

So, an update. Having gotten to this point out of a desire to return to the pre-OTA 4.1.2 version (build 9.9.1Q-66), I decided to see if Matt's utility would flash a system onto my now-fast boot only device. Surprise, surprise, I picked option 1 (stock system, kernel & radio), and it actually returned my device to working order using the earlier build. I now intend to flash the stock recovery and then proceed to see if I can root the device using the earlier exploit. I guess I found the hard way to roll-back the recent OTA...

Successfully used Matt's utility (option 2) to flash stock recovery. A question, if I use option 5 (Motochopper Root Exploit) to root the phone, can I return it to stock using option 1?

On the other hand, unlocking the bootloader using motopocalypse appears to be a one-way trip. Has anyone been able to relock their bootloader after unlocking it with this exploit?

Flash anything successfully. Easiest thing is boot logo
I was having the exact same issue and then I came across this post, and now, no more "flash failure" error. Thanks bro!

I you're on the latest OTA and your BL is locked, you can't use any of Matt's utilities. What exactly is your issue?
