Hello,

I got my razr a few days ago. Rooted it yesterday. Today I installed Safestrap and made a backup in recovery. Then i flashed a zip for a hdmi Webtop and rebooted the phone. At first i got to the Red M and then after that it just went black. Now i cannot do anything, it just stays black holding the power does not do anything. has anyone else encountered this brick? Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried holding down power AND volume down for 10 seconds?

So other new dudes like me to safestrap if this happens to you, this is what i found to work for me by trial and error.

I wiped dalivk, format system and cache, restored my backup, and had to disable safeboot in order for my phone to come back on

I have had my phone just not come back on. I will leave it for like 2 hrs., when I go to check it, I get nothing . It won't turn on. I have to do a hard reboot. This has happened twice. I'm rooted but have not installed safestrap or made backup. Just stock rooted. Have not deleted or frozen any apps.
Hey bub, I'm not finished with you yet..... SKNIT!!

I might try the link that he posted. It looks legit, all the site are posting about it being successful.
