^damn right! I'm going for the LG g2

 

Seems like a bad time to pick up the G2, IMHO. 

 

S5 is expected to be announced and released very soon.

 

I am hoping Moto will have an earlier refresh on the Moto X...

The LG G2 will likely still outpower the S5.  Not to mention the G2 is Loki'able at the moment.  The S5 is likely to be locked up pretty well.

how is it a bad time? the S5 with probably has a S.D 805? no much of difference...

for some reason the verizon version seems to screw up over and over...it has a 3.9 out of 5 stars...the G2 has 4.5 out of 5 stars...and its on 50 bucks and has 32 GB's...looks like a one hell of a steal...

I love my G2. It's a device that is so good on stock and has some very nice stock customizations that a custom ROM just doesn't seem to compare.

yea i know! i like Samsung's touch wiz i have a galaxy tab 2 7.0 very fluid...but my big concern is how LG takes forever to update...

I can't live without HDMI connection on my Droid, what's a good new phone with HDMI Now n days?

most new devices support slimport or the other one (can't remember at the moment) that plug into the USB and convert to HDMI.

Other one is MHL ;)

 

Looks like that Slimport is better, no external power needed, higher resolution, VGA and HDMI output as option...

Kit kat is not coming out for the OG maxx unfortunately, and paying to get it fixed sound like a fortune unfortunately
