Hey yall im new to this forum and pretty much any sort of cell phone software stuff but im having some problems. My razr hd xt926 had been acting up for awhile but nothing serious, then i disconnected it to my carrier in order to change the screen and use and old droid temporarily. Now my IMEI and MEID show up as 0, i tried a factory reboot but they still read as 0. Is there anything i can do to fix this or am i screwed?

Thanks yall, sorry if something doesnt make sense, im new to all this.

You can try flashing an fxz to return the device to stock one again. If you have never done that before, be sure to do some reading first. Flashing your phone can do as much harm as good. Some key terms are sbf, rsd, fastboot, house of moto.

This only works if you have the xt925. I have found that the only thing that would work for me was flashing the 4.0.4 modem, which sucks cause most roms don't recognize the modem.
