So since there isn't much for the Galaxy s3 on this site yet, lets just see what everybody is using and where they got it from and how they like it.Right now i'm running stock rooted with bootloader unlocked. Haven't found anything to make me jump off stock yet. So what's everybody else rocking.

Hmm. Well I'm rooted, bootloader unlocked, and running Synergy nightly r71. also have cleankernel 2.1 flashed, and a combination of simple black and blue for Synergy and the Eyecandy 0.0.9 mods. Running Nova launcher prime, OMC widget, and Jellydream icons. ATM I can O/C to 1.99 GHz, but I have gone to 2.106GHz stable with a different Kernel.

A few screenshots:

Synergy is a modded stock ROM, debloats the Verizon Crap, but keeps the Samsung Goodies in the process. Lots of extras and tweaks, including a reboot menu. It also has fully functional Google Now(and still has Svoice in case you like it). There are many other ROM options. CM9,CM10, jellybean ports, hybrid roms..long list.

Im on TWRP touch recovery(nice).. and also ROMS/MODS with an "Aroma" installer(graphical-touch-interfaced customizable installation in a flashable zip form) are quite nice.

Hopefully I've steered you to flash something :D

Unfortunately right now most of these goodies are at XDA and not here, but we at droidrzr are working on getting some of these guys over here, so please stay tuned to this site.. lots of great changes in the works :D

That rom looks pretty good, and I hate the Verizon crap but do like some of the Samsung stuff. I may try this rom out this weekend when I get a little extra time to sit down and flash something. So everything works on it no camera issues or anything? And I really didn't start this thread to just find something for me, just trying to get some talking going on for people looking for S3 stuff and all that. I know this is a great community and I didn't want to see people running off since there isn't much going on here right now.

As far as I have seen in my time running it, I haven't had a single issue with the rom. Camera is stock and flawless.

Good deal. This phone is about perfect, that's why I haven't jumped into a Rom yet. But if synergy is pretty stock with just speed tweaks and nice themes, then it sounds good to me.

With that said. DDX, or anyone else, what would be "proper form" to contact some of the devs over there(especially since "there" seems to be the main place for the S3) to ask them if they could join up and post here also? Lol "there" is such an over-governed site....

Well I switched to the synergy ROM. I ran a quad score but I'm only getting a 3700? Isn't that kinda low.....

If anyone wants to try out Jelly Bean with Touch Wiz, I've been running JellyWiz release 10 for a few days and it's working great. No real issues with functionality at all. My reception is noticeably better than it was on AOKP. Battery drain seemed a little heavy at first (might have been playing with it too much :)) but it has settled out now and I'm getting through a full work day without needing a charge.

Switched over to the newest Paranoidroid and lean kernel. Running pretty smooth and I'm really liking the amount of customization you can do.
