Droid Razr XT912 not booting

I was on my phone and tried opening up apps but they kept crashing so I powered down my phone and when powered back on it said "Encryption unsuccessful".  So I clicked the "reset phone" button and now it just loads to the screen with the android on his side with the red explaniation point over him.  Was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this?  I have tried a couple different things in RSD lite with no success and then tried the droid razr utility and that didnt do anything either.  Any ideas?

I LOVE "didn't work" as a response.  It tells me so much about what the problem could be.  It's so much more useful than posting the results of the flash.  SMH

which is the latest version.  The didnt work part was it just goes to the encryption unsuccessful screen and if rebooted goes to the dead droid with red triangle.  The flashing goes fine just once it reboots it doesnt get past that encryption screen.

cdma_spyder_9.8.2O-72_VZW-16-5_cfc.xml is the actual file name

Then the flashing didn't go fine.  Which is why I want to see a log of the flash.

In fastboot does it say your battery is ok?

Yes I know. But you have flash failures which isn't good. Try what I said to do and see if it helps. Post the contents of the swdl . txt file when it's done.

Alright, that was finally a good flash.  Userdata was erased properly.  If it's still not booting up properly at this point, there's nothing we're going to be able to do to fix it since that was a complete, successful, FULL flash.  If that didn't fix it, there's a good chance that the phone has physical problems.

Hi...Pls I need the droid RAZR utility 1.6 GB XT912 VZW.. link says its Deprecated/Invalid. I've flash using the utility 1.82 all okay except "writing devtree... INFOprefash validation failure" also a IMG larger than partition failure...about three failures. Pls could you post the Droid Razr utility 1.6 Gingerbread.thanks.
