My problem is described in this

.

I am trying now to flash a cleam stock ROM on my device.

I am following the instructions from this

.

On RSDLite, the flashing process fails with the following message:
6/18 flash "cdt.bin_signed" -> Phone returned FAIL

I will try now to use

software instead of RSD Flasher.

EDIT {SOLVED}

The problem was: by device has its bootloader locked and therefore I shouldn't have tried ClockworkMod. (I thought I had used it in my device before)

The solution is: follow the RSDFlasher guide above to flash a clean ROM. Do not flash an older ROM!
The ROM I used for my JellyBean (4.1.2) can be found

.

Doing this, fixes the Bootloader and formats the corrupt files.

You cannot flash an older software with a locked bootloader. That was probably part of your problem to begin with

The problem started when I was backing up my rom using ClockworkMod (RazrBlackTouch edition).
I didn't even start the flashing process. I was going to flash the 4.4 (kitkat)

I tried flashing the older 4.0.4 because that is the last official ROM Motorola has released.

I think it worked because only my personal data was corrupted and the only thing I needed was to format it.
