Hi Samuri and others.

I have read heaps of posts trying to find an answer to my problems, but it seems that i might fix one and then another issue pops up.

Situation is I have an xt925 bought through Telstra in Australia. we are STILL stuck on 4.1.2 with no updates, I heard that I could flash the australian retail 4.1.2 and then get OTA update to 4.4.2. So that was my plan.

I stupidly didn't record any detalis about the current flashing on the phone, I just know it was 4.1.2.

I read a bunch of forums and thought I could get away with flashing my phone with RSD lite without unlocking the bootloader. So I tried it.

I had it fail on step 16/22 flashing System

Since then I have all sorts of errors, I have tried all sorts of utilities including HoM to fix it.

Once I get past the sticky bit error and clear it, I get the No Valid PIV.... error

So now I'll get onto my using HoM... I'm doing lots of bad things, firstly i damaged the motorola cable, so I trying all different ones I have lying around. secondly my computer is old and gutless.

When I try to flash the files I have using HoM it doesn't seem to even try half the steps with variable not supported bit.

I think it might be something simple but below is the print out.

I have no idea what these are, I just know they are both Australian, one is Telstra (which I think my phone was on before I bricked it) and the other is unbranded Australian build.
