It wasn't bricked when I ask for help the first time.
I followed the instructions you sent me in a reply.
First ask for help here:
Solved this but was never able to complete the first requirement of upgrading.
When no one responded after a few days, I went elsewhere. Do not know what casued the brick.
The phone will not boot up now. Can not get into recovery or download mode.
If someone will try and help solve my problem, I'll cancel the listing on Ebay.

I never attempted to flash any software except the VZW_XT926_4.4.2-KDA20.26-10.1_CFC_1FF.xml as per instructions.
I was trying to get through the first requirement of the instructions which required running 'motopocalypse' to unlock the phone.
Motopocalypse was never successful.

The green light comes on when plugged in to the charger. I assume that it is charging.
After a bit, AP Fastboot comes on. That is all it will do. Can not get out of fastboot mode.
Holding the power button down for a long time, the Motorola logo come on (red circle).
However, release the power button and it's back into fastboot mode instantly.

House of Moto is running now.
Reads:
Writing Script: F:\HouseOfMoto\MOTO\flashme.bat
Do I cd into that directory and run flashme.bat or what?
No instructions.

Making progress!
When turning the phone on now, it still boots up into fastboot mode.
Volume up + power puts it into recovery mode.
Selecting normal recovery works and the phone boots up.
However, it shows a dead battery.
It's charging now.
Will contact again later.

Update.
Battery is charged.
Boots up to ap fastboot with Sticky bit Factory_restart.
Went here:
Tried this: Then Typed: fastboot oem fb_mode_clear
W7 said fastboot not installed.
Downloaded and installed adb-setup-1.4.2.exe. Same fastboot oem fb_mode_clear error as before.
Downloaded this: [TheMythTeam.com][Installer] ADB - APKTOOL - FASTBOOT.exe (3.60 MB)
W7 says it is not a valid .exe file. Downloaded same file elsewhere. Same error.
That is where things stand as of now.
To boot the phone, press power, ap fastboot opens
Press Volume up + power to get into recovery.
Then enter normal recovery and the phone boots up.
Also, phone goes into ap fastboot mode when plugging in the charger.
Also, the sim card that was in the phone when it was working, is installed.
However, The page telling you a sim card is needed opens.

I'm trying to use Windows.
I'm not use to it and with all the pop ups and redirects, I'm having a tough go of it.
The last line of ap fastboot is : ap fastboot with Sticky bit Factory_restart.
I'll see if I can get a photo uploaded.
