Does anyone know or can link me a way to change the bootloader on the xt926 from JB to KK and vice versa without a PC like flashing something thru TWRP or flashify ?

You would download that Flashback utility, put it on your phone and then...
1. Use the Flashback utility to flash KKBL. This will flash KKBL and the compatible TWRP recovery. You will reboot to the new recovery automatically.
2. Wipe current setup.
3. Install new ROM/Gapps
4. Profit

Remember, as always, backup your phone. If you want to return to your backed up setup, boot to recovery and use Flashback utility to go back to JBBL and then restore.
