My RZR XT910 can't load brick?

Hi my Motorola blocked on Motorola logo. If i attack on usb on my notebook not find.

If i attach on charger my rzr power on ancd freeze on Motorola logo.

If i press power on and vol + and -  go to recovery menù but don't work.

Please help me!

You are going to have to make sure the drivers for your phone are loaded properly, use a factory cable to connect the phone (Motorola cable not a third party cable, it does make a difference) use a usb 2.0 port on the computer if you don't have a 2.0 port you will have to use another computer. Keep trying to get into fastboot (bootloader) mode.  With out that there isn't really anything you can do. Also there is information on the bootloader screen you need to convey back here so we can tell what the status of the phone is.

Hi spainter ,  i try on usb 2.0 and usb 3.0 with original cable on two laptop and,  only on usb 3.0 don't power up but led charge is on .

Back on the cover there is :

ON REOVERY MODE WRITE :0a.74

on recovery mode work only when i attach the phone on power supply unit.

You are going to have to get into fastboot / bootloader mode to be able to do anything about reflashing your phone,
