You will have to get the battery charged up to do anything. I would start by plugging it into a wall charger with out turning the phone off. Just unplug it from the computer and plug in the ac charger and let it charge for a few hours.  Your bootloader is locked so you will have to search for the same or newer firmware for your xt-925. Make sure you get it for your carrier and region. Then visit the House of Moto thread on this site, set it up exactly as the instructions tell you step by step and flash the firmware.  If you run into errors post the exact error and we will try to help you. Read and follow the instructions exactly with house of moto.

Try the following. It is possible that it has been updated this way and that is why you cannot find the official firmware. If memory serves, they never posted the image files for the last update because they didn't push it to everyone on the xt925....

You may need to flash the proper radios for your location? Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

"The Motorola Razr HD device must have an unlocked boot-loader (In case the Moto Razr HD doesn’t have an unlocked bootloader, you will not be able to finish the update process)"

....look at my pic...my device is LOCKED

Unlike the XT926, the XT925 is/was bootloader unlockable.  Have you attempted to do so?

Note: unlocking the bootloader will wipe all data
