Hi I need a good site/place to buy an hd max out of contract for no more than 300$. My stupid raze max screen liquid busted some how and it's gonna cost 300 to fix it... so if gotta do that id rather get an upgrade.

That's gonna be a tough one. Looks like has them starting at $490. Even the regular Hd's are still at $340

You can get motorola screen repaired directly from Motorola for $100.
THe power perfornace of a regular HD rivals the OG Maxx. I had the OG Maxx and traded it for a Razr HD.
Best swap I ever did.
Anyway:
$100.

The HD sells for $300 on contract back in December(well mine was 250 but it was on sell)...and you expect to find one for 300? Not being a shlong but thank about it. I would say chances are really slim.

I was looking for Maxx HD. But since now found out can get it fixed for 100 ill keep it until samsung galaxy 4 comes.I'll sell ya my reg razr HD :-)

Also, if you really want a Razr Maxx Hd or Razr Hd, keep looking on eBay and Swappa.
I got mine on Swappa for $340. It was new in the box with a clean ESN and still had the protector on the screen.
Accessories had never been opened.
