Hi, I`m kind of lost in the description. Is it required to have the bootloader unlocked and does the Razr I have to be rooted?

This rom is a year old and has not been updated in 8 months.

 

I agree the bootloader answer is confusing in the OP. You would always have to be rooted to install a custom rom. Due to the age of the thread I would stay away unless the Dev pops back in.
