Going to look into this a bit more, but my question would be what happens when the water gets into the usb/hdmi or headphone ports?

This does not have anything to do with the Kevlar, but i think its the nano-coated circuitry?

Will keep this updated

Definitely the nano coating - and it's supposed to be in the hdmi/usb ports as well from what I've read and been told.

I have had my Razr completely submerged in water multiple times without problem.... well kinda lol when water gets into the sim / memory card slots there can be issues reading them, just pull them out dry cards blow out access water from phone and its good to go :)...

I dipped mine yesterday. Buttons went crazy till I used some compressed air blowing into the card reader slots to drive some water back out, but it works perfect again now. The speaker took about half an hour to finish drying and it would intermittently cut out until then.

I've destroyed many an iPhone this way. Bet someone at the bar that there are things that you can do to your razr that they won't be willing/able to do to their iPhone. Once the bet is accepted, proceed to ask the the bartender for a tall glass of water and just dump it over the face of your phone. Profit. :P

LMAO I think I'm gonna have to try this ideal :P I know plenty of I sheep I could get with this.... Mwhaaha lol... The first time I dropped it in a glass was to piss of a friend of mine who just killed her Iphone by spilling water on it. She was complaining so I grabbed a glass and dropped the razr in it right in front of her lol.

It won't swim in a washing machine too well, I killed my 1st one with this method. But, i do believe if i would have known how easy it was to take it apart, i still may have been able to save it. I should have invested in some torx and popped that battery out and air dryed it! O well, its nice to see i did the only water activity that can defeat our RAZRs
