I've tried doing regular video chatting on a few various websites, and it doesn't seem to work that way. Using apps may be a completely different story. The webcam function with firefox keeps telling me that I need the updated version of flash. Adobe gives you the Linux options to download, but I don't know my way around Linux systems, so I didn't bother trying anything.

I e-mailed Verizon last week and they had apparently dropped the ball on my order. They shot me back an email saying it would be processed today. I got it last Friday.
Had an initial problem where the mouse quit working. Had to do a reset and so far it has not stopped. I don't like the built in mouse as I keep hitting it and my mouse will go wherever. Already had a wireless mouse and it works like a charm.
I'm pretty happy with it for the $150. The keyboard is pretty nice even for my big hands.
I do wish there was a way to adjust the size of the font when you are using Mobile View. It seems way too large, but I can live with it.
