Hi guys,
I am trying to root my Razr M and unfortunately every method fails. I think I have to reset the phone, clear cashe etc... I have a lot of applications stored and other info on the phone, so I do not want to reinstall all manual, if possible. Does anyone knows how to back up unrooted phone? Applications data etc. Can you please help?

there is an application in the play store called App Backup & Restore by INFOLIFE LLC the only thing is i dont recall if it need root... but give it a shot.. or try pulling the /data/app file via ADB

Thanks a lot for your help. I successfully rooted device, reinstalled all apps, restored all personal data,but just found out that my Gallery app, lost some of the pictures. They are visible through file application but not in the gallery, not all of them. Also only those pictures I can see in gallery are showing up when I connect phone to PC. I already cleared data for gallery app, reformatted and restored the SD card cleared data on all camera apps I have nothing helps. Can you guys help me with this issue? Thsnks--- Gene

Guys, does any one knows what it could be? I tried flashing back to ICS gallery works, on the razr original gallery works as soon as I apply JB update it stop working. Any suggestions?

i think its something about the way ICS and JB handle those files... many people had that issue i personally didnt care cuz i put all of it to picasa.. so i odn tknow if they figured out how to fix it.. if not than i think its something about where the pics are located...Guys, does any one knows what it could be?
