My wife has the M. It is stock and unrooted. Every now and again she loses the signal and her phone says "emergency calls only." We took it to Verizon and they wanted us to call from another phone when it happened again. The store replaced it and a day after receiving the replacement, she had the same issue. Now they have replaced the Sim card. A reboot always fixes the issue.
We hope the Sim fixes the issue, but I'm curious if others have the issue. Also, every time we went to the store, they were awfully concerned that Lookout was on the phone which I thought was odd.

lookout was a flagship app back in the day... so ya it is odd... i had the same problem but not with the Razm M but with the OG Razr.. they had to replace my phone but had nothing available that is how i ended up with my M... only thing i miss is the HDMI but i got NFC so it was kind of a trade lol.
