In you battery settings does it read in 1-100% ?
If you edit any .9.pngs and did not follow in the guide or black and transparent borders then it will force close.

This is my reference page:
According to this post, I first decompile the two APK and then copy the XML file, move the picture into SystemUI directory.
Then compiled into the APK file into the phone to replace the error.
