Rooted, safestrap installed. Had bhd ROM installed in stock slot. Energy ROM in slot 1. I have multiple backups including a stock. I wanted to place the energy ROM in stock, i backed it up, activated stock slot, wiped cache, dalvik cache, factory reset, and finally (gulp) system. Then I could not find the energy recovery to flash, so I reactivated slot one and rebooted. Now with reboot, I cannot make safe strap start. The screen displays everything but will not respond to any touches. Reboot when I try to touch safe strap it does nothing and reboots normally but then the screen is not responsive.

Hope I did not brick..........

Thanks in advance. How do I get my stock backup reinstalled to stock slot?

Is this the 912 Razr?? Were you on JB Xmas leak?? That's weird I was under the impression that you could not load Roms onto you stock slot.. Since you wiped system and data on your stock side that is causing you not to be able to enter safestrap.

You are going to have to use

thread. Make sure you have the full Soak JB on your SD card before starting. This will wipe all your data. Sorry...

Sorry man. Keep holding. I have a PM in to another member that can hopefully help you out. I am not sure of the exact info you need to fastboot back to stock JB.

Hang in there man, I'm trying to get my computer to work to look something up really quick. Try to get some charge in that thing while you're up and running. Were you able to get into safe strap recovery?

I don't blame you! Haha. Mattlgroff made a utility for the m, I just can't find it posted on here anywhere. I'm downloading it now on my computer, to see if there is anything in there that will fix you up. Otherwise, there is a thread on here to return to stock using rsd, however, we'll need someone else to jump in if that's where we end up because I have very little experience using it.

If you need to go the rsd lite way let me know. I will give links to the files needed.

That's one of them, but for the RAZR. Xt 912 it looks like. That'll cause havoc on the M (xt907) lol

It is but that's for the OG 912 Razr. You need one that is M specific of which I am not sure there is one. You may need to grab the fastboot files and use RSD lite like tmyinc suggested.

There is one, I just finished downloading it. I'm extracting it now, to see if it has jb support, or if it was only for ICS. If it was ICS, the tmyinc may have to help with some rsd action.

Looks like RSD it is. The utility was only for ICS.

I appreciate your interest in craft beers. Lol.

In post 18 I added a link to the rsd stuff, but I think tmyinc would be better at walking you through that.
