I done the soak, reported stuff I found. Looks like that what I saw others may have not. The battery believe it or not is worse than ICS.. They need to get the battery back like it was on GB.

Can't understand:
4.0.4 stock, no safestrap, rooted.
Unfroze all apps, unrooted with OTA Vodoo. Left it unrooted.
Downloaded OTA update via phone menu(About phone->check for updates-> ect)
Clicked install. -> Installing... phone goes to reboot. First screen after -> "update failed" .
Phone working as usual on 4.0.4..
Triple checked everything. Soft reseted couple times. Still to no avail
Any suggestions, please?

It will give you an error when updating fails. What does the error say?

There is no error message...
Greed android goes on back with red exclamation sign. Then phone reboot.
And screen says that "update fails" - screenshot in attach
