Hey guys,

here is some Ice Cream Sandwich for you :)
Finally, after having eliminated most problems, also here available.

Of course, all credit goes to

CM9 and AOKP, both roms have the same working functions and bugs.

Working now: phone calls, SMS, DATA, camera (photo), adb, Bluetooth (must come from rom mentionned in installation instructions, thanks

)

Not working: camera (video, panorama)

Flash only if you are aware of the consequences and know how to restore your original system!
This is not ready for daily use (especially not on GSM) and I am not responsible for any damages.
If you have FCs or random reboots, try to flash the 2.3.6 rom from the instructions first!

CM9 as well as AOKP are AOSP based roms by dev teams with different features.

So can I not flash this on my 651.73.250 LATAM RETAIL en.BR (originally the Canadian Rogers ROM and there were no other fastboot files). The ROM provided here looks like it's EU?

it will be better if you could fastboot over to EU to make sure installation passes, i heard BR had a different kernel signature

tried flashing aokp again. It boots up nicely directly after flashing, but again it enters the seemingly infinite boot upon rebooting.
randomly left it booting last night and woke up into ics :) but then there were no keyboard to enter the pin with..
also cm9 wont boot -.-

- installed both roms from scratch 2.3.6
- in cwm: wiped data/factory reset, wiped cache, wiped dalvik, then formatted /system
- flashed the rom (+gsm patch when flashing aokp)
- then installed the gapps zip (does this even matter for booting?)

will the gsm patch work with gummy 0.9.0 or any cdma gingerbread roms?

thanks you spryte for all your(and everyone else's) hard work, hope you eventually will get this working smoothly :)

yes, the patch works with gummy, as for cm9, you might wanna try flashing the patch too, the patch might not work with all roms but i can confirm that it works with gummy

I always see only two bars no matter how good signal is. However i can see edge/hsdpa and other network types. Bug?
BTW, does razr have HSPA+? Because i _know_ there is HSPA+ coverage, but i see only "H" network - when my honeycomb tables shows "H+"

same here...the signal has only two bars..but it is by far the best ROM...I am making one ROM from our RaZr taking everything from Galaxy Nexus ROM...lets c how it turns out... :)

nope, not yet. But the latest ICS gives multi roaming functionallity to our Razr (global mode). If upcoming roms are compiled to the latest ICS base rom, we don't need an patch anymore..

But there is a catch...The multi-roaming functionality will and can be used if the phone boots. I tried flashing the INFEKTION ROM and it didnt even boot. Was stuck at the splashscreen logo...and to install a CDMA ROM you need safestrap...again something that is incompatible with XT910s...lots of hurdles even after we sort the patch issue.
