Last week I have had my Razr randomly and completely lost 3G and 4g radio. The first time I was just running stock rooted. The second time which occurred today is Eclipse.

I have no idea how the 3G/ 4G radio is disappearing. Also at the same time I observed this issue i also noticed on both occasions that I loose Airplane Mode in the menu. I haven't touched any of the files in Root Explorer or anything. The only way I seem to get it back is with a complete re flash of 0.173. Wiping Cache, Dalvik and even re flashing the ROM doesn't seem to solve the issue.

Anyone have any ideas or experienced this before? I know Verizon is not down because my wife's LG phone still currently has 4G... Im scratching my head on this one.
