i was installing a rom using bootstrap. i had just wiped my data and i accidently hit the reboot button. how do i get back to the cwm screen or get my phone to start back working. its stuck on the moto screen

Hold power and volume down until phone turns off. See if that takes you back to cwm recovery. If not, and you are still stick at the moto symbol. Do the power and volume down again but this time as soon as phone shuts off, hold both volume buttons and phone should go into fast boot menu. Use volume down to hilight recovery, use volume up to select it. When triangle comes up press both volume buttons. This should take you into stock recovery (unless it takes you into cwm for some reason). If in cwm, you should brew good tip continue what you were doing. If it takes you to stock recovery, do another data wipe/ factory reset.

I'd all that fails, you will need to use Matt's utility to restore your phone with fastboot.
