OK so last night the sound was working fine on my PC. I shut the PC down and started it up this morning to find that I had no sound. Windows was showing that there was sound being played back. I tried updating drivers, no fix. I tried removing drivers and installing drivers for my onboard sound card, no fix. I've tried multiple different speakers and headset, no fix. I tried loading defaults in bios, no fixy. I've tried a system restore, no fix.... Anything I'm missing? Any help would be appreciated.

Well I figured out why the onboard sound wasn't working so I guess my 2005 sound card finally decided it was done. Problem solved.
