I've looked and looked but can't find a NFC hack I know the razrHD and the M has it and I know we have the hard wear for it so if there is anyway sum one can hook me up with a compatible HD ROM that I can test out to see if that will activate the software in my RAZR or any other ideas let me know plz
The RAZR XT912 does not have an NFC Chip, nor the hardware for it.

There are muliple tear down websites that clearly states our razr has an nfc chip, but lacks the software to run. NfcUi may possibly be the way to turn it on. Who knows.
Sorry but those apks are included in every Jellybean build for every device.
The quote from the teardown has also been changed by various websites. The actual quote about NFC and the Droid RAZR was this:
hardware is missing or unconfigured
Hardware is missing, not the software. The RAZR does not have an NFC Chip.

It was probably going to be implemented at one point but Verizon said "MOAR MONEY! GIVE US PHONE NOW! We need better golden handshakes and to have 20 extra gallons of tears of the poor to bathe in!" (hopefully people see that as a joke, Corporations worry about money, want more money, and try to make more money thats how businesses succeed) and Moto had to shelve NFC on the Razr to meet a deadline.
So we wont be seeing NFC support on the Razr/Razr Maxx. Its a physical impossibility Its partially there, almost like a placeholder as if something wouldnt work without having a gimped chip in there but its not configured or fully there.

Just to add to what BigDaddy said. The NFC that is listed in the teardowns is not functional. It is like it was intended at one point to have NFC but they didnt implement it. In the state that it is in (Endgaget said that the hardware appears to be missing or misconfigured.)

I couldn't have put it better myself

Strange. The big holdup on one of the bionic builds that was in testing was a ewallet app called Isis. It required a new SIM to work, but apparently that didn't even fix it. If moto can't get it done, it's safe to say it ain't happening, just like moto can't unlock the OMAP bootloader. My theory is that they coded the NFCui as the interface and were trying to make some weird hybrid sim/smartcard variant work to compete the broken part of the hardware equation. The short version is they couldn't do it however they tried to.
